DONATE TO OUR FINANCIAL SUPPORT PROGRAMS
The Kansas City Roller Warriors are committed to providing support to all of its league members, allowing for both our league and the sport of roller derby to remain financially accessible in Kansas City. Some of the specific areas that we channel community donations to are:
Skater Relief FundThis fund is a financial assistance program that provides assistance to league members who face financial barriers. Some ways this fund helps skaters is by assisting with monthly dues or replacing safety gear. It also aids in covering costs such as medical expenses for our athletes, training equipment, and other essentials to keep our skaters safe and thriving on the track.
JUNIORS' SCHOLARSHIP FUNDKCRW proudly supports its Junior league that is made up of skaters ages 7 to 17 by offering half and full scholarships to cover program dues and additional fees. Donations to this fund allow for KCRW to shape the future of roller derby.

Travel Team FundKCRW’s Travel Team regularly represents Kansas City on the national level on a volunteer basis. This fund helps to cover costs associated with cross country travel such as lodging, gas, and event fees. It allows for both our current team as well as future skaters to continue to participate with this team.
GEAR LENDING LIBRARYThis collection of gently-used safety gear and skates was assembled to help newer skaters get introduced to the sport safely without first making a big financial commitment. This collection also allows for our regular league members to update their gear when it gets worn down. Being able to freely replace gear helps to reduce injury and prolonged absences due to the lack of financial access to replacements. Donations to this fund allow for us to keep heavily requested gear in stock and provide extended sizing options.
